PURPOSE

Development of the associative and professional relationship. Contribution to the promotion, coordination and realization of activities and projects aimed at personal growth as stated in the Statutes of the Association. Training and therapeutic action of Gestalt therapy, maintaining cooperative relationships with related entities. Management of cultural, recreational, sports and social activities.

LEGITIMATION Consent of the interested party. Right of Association.


Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the interested party data owner for the duration of the associative relationship.

Once this is concluded, your data will be deleted from the treatment that has been carried out according to its purpose.

TARGET

Departments of the various administrative and management levels of the Association’s affairs in relation to its members by ordinary or electronic means, carried out by authorized users of each treatment according to its purpose.

No assignments or communications of any other kind are foreseen, except for legal obligations.

RIGHTS

In accordance with the provisions of arts. 15 – 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the data subject holder is informed, where appropriate, that he/she may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification or deletion and limitation or opposition or withdrawal of consent for the processing of his/her data, as well as the portability of the same in order to transmit them to another data controller, by addressing a written communication to the data controller, at the postal address : Asociación Española de Terapia Gestalt – AETG at Calle Mayor, n.º 58 – 5º F C.P.- 28013 – Madrid – (Spain) or by e-mail to the following address: info@aetg.es

The application shall contain the name and surname of the interested party, the request being made and supporting documents, address for the purpose of notifications, date and signature of the applicant. A photocopy of a valid document accrediting the identity of the applicant and of the representative, if any, shall be provided.

No consideration will be required for the exercise of these rights. The data controller will answer the request in accordance with the requirements of each type of request, even if no personal data of the data subject appear in its files, and will request the correction of any deficiencies in the communication received, if any. The right of access may only be exercised at intervals of not less than twelve months, unless the interested party proves a legitimate interest to that effect, in which case it may be exercised earlier.

You are also informed that you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event that you do not obtain satisfaction from the data controller in the exercise of these rights.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Unless it is specifically stated that the answer to the questions is optional or facultative, it is considered necessary to complete all the data required in the different forms in a true, accurate, complete and updated manner. Otherwise, the person responsible for the file or its processing may be exempt from the consequences and responsibilities arising directly from such inaccuracies, or consider that the service offered is impossible. Only those data fields that by their nature or the circumstances in which they are collected, are essential for the proper performance of the functions entrusted to the data controller, will be considered mandatory.

By voluntarily submitting your data, you expressly consent to the automated processing or not of the same and their transfer in the terms set out above to the departments within the organizational structure of the responsible or external collaborators or suppliers, whose instrumental services are necessary or legally required. Consent may be revoked by exercising the legal rights guaranteed by the owner responsible for the file. Under no circumstances will the personal data processed be provided to any other national or international entity outside the scope declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The person responsible for the file, and, where appropriate, the data processor shall adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data when they are processed and prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing, depending on the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment.
